About
Hi, I’m Samantha, a counselling psychologist specialising in trauma-informed therapy, with a Master’s in Guidance and Counselling. I believe healing happens when you feel truly seen, safe, and supported. My work integrates mindfulness and somatic awareness with evidence-based approaches such as Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy and parts-based work. Together, these approaches support gentle processing of trauma, help you build capacity for emotional safety, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels respectful and paced.
